Agreed! I ordered a ring from her and they sent the incorrect size - I ordered a 6 and she sent a 5.5. I brought it to my jeweler to get it sized and he deff said it was a 5.5 and ring concierge said they wouldn’t exchange it but they could resize it for a $150 fee. Ridiculous. It was a plain gold band. I do like her earrings though.
