Solution. The 3 fuel lines should be connected as follows: The (clear) main fuel line with the filter (filter inside the fuel tank) goes to the bottom of the carburetor (or the elbow shaped nipple). The (clear) fuel intake line runs from the top of the carburetor (straight nipple) and goes to the short post on the back of the primer bulb.

The short right angle hose goes on carb top right port and hooks to a small filter that lets air in and out for diagram. I don't have the small filter but may make one just to stop bugs/ dirt. The other long right angle hose connects to top left carb port and then runs into top hole of fin on air box boot.
