I believe First response is very sensitive when it reads HCG. However, in the past year, I've noticed that there are more indent lines than actual positive lines. Those indent lines are tricky and can lead to pre-excitement when in actuality it's a negative. My biggest suggestion would be to use the test alongside the app for First response.
